Psion Teklogix WORKABOUT PRO Hand-Held Computer User Manual
To change your PIN:
• Type your existing PIN in the text box labelled
Current PIN.
• Type the new PIN in the text box labelled
New PIN.
Enabling (√)
Enable PIN Support. activates the PIN entry requirement – each time you
connect to a network, your PIN will be requested. Leaving this checkbox unchecked
disables PIN requirement.
Note: Some SIM cards do not allow the PIN support to be disabled.
Enabling (√)
Save PIN for auto configuration. causes the PIN to be stored in the hand-held.
At power up, the PIN is automatically submitted to the modem.
Important: Keep in mind that if the WORKABOUT PRO is starting from a
‘cold reboot’, the PIN is deleted. If unauthorized use of the
hand-held is a serious issue at your site,
